Jackson's 3rd Birthday
I finally have a few minutes to share all of Jackson’s birthday activities now. His birthday was on Monday, so Jason took the day off from work and we took Jackson (with Julia in tow) to the Children’s Museum. Julia started baby oatmeal about a week ago and seems to really enjoy it…I can’t get the spoon in her mouth fast enough! She is also now rolling in every direction. I’m pretty sure she is teething too. She also has something in her mouth and is drooling a bit more these days. WatchJackson talking about what kind of birthday party he wants!
We just got back from Julia’s 4 month checkup. She weighed in at 13lbs 8.5 oz and was 26 1/4” long. That puts her in the 50% for weight and 97% for height.
In comparison Jackson weighed 14lb 9oz and was 26 1/2” long. I was actually shocked that he weighed more than she did at this point because I don’t remember him looking as chubby as she does!

Little Miss Julia turned 3 months old yesterday. I can’t believe how fast time is flying by and yet there are moments when I cannot even remember life before her.
She is a pretty happy baby and Jackson just loves her. She now does one 6-7 hour stretch of sleep at night followed by another 3-4 hours. She loves to stand up with support, but isn’t a big fan of tummy time. The three...
